Mrs. Dutchie recently became a household name across TikTok as she “slings” beautiful designs on custom-made tumblers from her home in Kentucky. Each night at 8P EST she goes live on the social media platform to showcase her creations live to audiences of more than 15,000+ people. During her live show, she allows clients to call her via Zoom and guide her on their custom-made tumbler.

Recently an obscure singer named Daniel Rene Music started to appear on Mrs. Dutchie’s live broadcast to the dismay of her fans. Daniel Rene told her captured audience that he was a famous musician full of success and prestige, but fans were quick to point out his following paled in comparison to Mrs. Dutchie. During her live show, she was broadcasting to more than 15,000 fans – whereas Daniel Rene had less than 220 people watching his live show.

Seconds after Daniel appeared on Mrs. Dutchie’s live – her chat room erupted into anger. Her loyal fans claim he took away from her craft and ruined her client’s experience via Zoom. All the while he promoted himself to a captured audience distracting both Dutchie and her thousands of fans.

The hatred towards Daniel got so intense during her live show, the chat room was shut down by TikTok moderators. If any loyal Dutchie fan dared to say anything negative about the situation, they feared they could be banned in the chat room.

Most of the Dutchie fans expressed that Daniel was using her to gain followers and clout – as he has less than 900 monthly listeners on Spotify – a far cry from a famous singer. As of this post, Mrs. Dutchie had three times more followers than Daniel Rene Music on TikTok. Fans pointed blame at Dutchie’s sister, Lala, as Lala is starstruck and thought Daniel Rene was part of the boy band Menudo when Ricky Martin was in it.

However, as the fans pointed out, Daniel Rene came along nearly a decade after Ricky Martin left Menudo. There were over 16+ members of the boy band Menudo, over the years, and Daniel Rene was briefly part of the band for a few months between 1997 and 1998. A source from TikTok confirmed that Ricky Martin does not follow Daniel Rene on any social media platform, nor does Martin have a personal friendship with Daniel Rene.

Due to Mrs. Dutchie’s newfound TikTok fame, she is oblivious to certain things on the social media platform. One of which is the “TikTok Battle” – which is the new way of asking for money online by your fan base. During these battles, the creator asks fans to give gifts and likes – then those gifts get converted into “diamonds” – which TikTok will payout as cash to the creator. Dutchie fans fear Daniel Rene is exploiting her fame to get him and his cronies more gifts and likes during these battles.
